Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates, Inc. was established in August 1977 under the direction of Drs. Lance E. Adams and Richard W. Huff. After graduating from Michigan State University, both doctors had practiced in the Southeast Michigan area for several years before building the new facility at Southfield and 14 Mile Roads.
Dr. Huff had completed an internship at Angell Memorial Hospital in Boston with special interest in Breeding & Kennel Management and Ophthalmology. Dr. Adams became board certified in canine and feline practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in 1982. After building a reputation for veterinary medical excellence, the hospital honored referrals for difficult cases from the surrounding practices.
Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates, Inc. has prided itself not only in the superb medical staff throughout the years, but also in the hard work and dedication of all the support staff.
In 1997, Dr. Huff retired and Dr. Adams became the sole owner and hospital director.
We participate in the following charitable projects: MSU Companion Animal Fund, Winston Canine Animal Foundation, Lions Club, various local school projects.
